New Week, No Sugar

click Just packed my breakfast, lunch and snack for tomorrow. Gonna try this no sugar thing again. Yogurt and coffee this morning.  Lunch is tuna, rye bread, hummus (chick pea dip) and whole grain crackers.  Snack was an apple, nuts: walnuts/almonds and raisins.  Dinner will be roasted chicken and green salad.  I’m gonna do this for five days again so if you aren’t eating sugar, you are not alone – I’m with you.  I miss French fries!!!! But I miss you both more.
