I’m getting ready for a big Mother’s Day celebration at my house on Sunday. One of my guests LOVES margaritas, so our menu starts with Pink Big Mama Margaritas.
Since that word, margarita, seems to make one think of Mexico, I decided to do my entire menu, south of the border style. I marinated my salmon in lime and cilantro and my dessert – YUM! Angel Food Cake Churro bites! Here’s the recipe I’m using. So good! And so easy!
