By now, you know my irritating news… No cruise.  See the last post for details.

My feet were killing me!  So, I got my swimsuit on and went down to the pool.  I let my feet sit in the jacuzzi for about ten minutes.  Now, I’m sitting by the pool enjoying my buzz.

I’m not going to lie.  I’m a little drunk.  But, it’s summer, I’m not driving and I’m staying put.  I do enjoy having a bit of fun provided that I’m safe about it.  Sitting by the pool in Riverside, I’m pretty safe.  I don’t want to drink too much.  Because then, the world literally starts spinning.

Have you ever gotten sick on an amusement park ride?  You are dizzy and can’t stand up straight…that’s how being REALLY drunk feels.  Think the worst nausea you’ve ever experienced. Being buzzed is great…until it isn’t.  Ugh!  You feel so weird!  And yucky! To avoid that, pace yourself.  Don’t drink too much all at once.  Drink LOTS of water.

I told your brothers the same thing, when they were your age.  I’m NOT your mother.  So I might as well tell you that drinking alcohol is fun…until it isn’t.  You trust me to tell you the straight poop!

Here’s some more… Charo is a Mexican singer who is greatly underestimated.  She plays the guitar beautifully.  And she can attract a crowd like nobody’s business!  Her sensuality seems a bit out there, but if you think about it, it’s too bad more women can’t be as liberated as she is. She’s like a belly dancer that way.  She flaunts it all and doesn’t seem the least bit ashamed.  Why should she be?  She’s an amazing spirit!  Here’s to you, Charo!  This is a Spanish video so you won’t understand all the dialogue.  But the music will be clear crystale!
