Dearest Purity and Bea,

Remember when I took you out to eat when you were little?  We’d play this game: Guess What I Made?  We’d grab sugar packets and make them into designs or something and then make the other people at the table guess what it was.  Well, this design is pretty obvious.  Grandma and I went to Oak Glen, CA today.  I brought her flowers and then we got into the car and drove up (Yes, after seeing your brother just yesterday.  I drove home early this am.  I’m SOOOO tired!) So, we ate lunch at Apple Annie’s Restaurant and then walked around and did some shopping.  Grandma didn’t want to be gone too long. Her new poodle (named Angel) would miss her.  XXOO  Thinking of you both all day today.
