Jenet likes pretty jewelry.  She can spend hours hanging around the sale priced trinkets.  Then, I took her to my church to hear some beautiful music.  We had a lovely evening.  It is so important to have a good friend to talk to.  Someone who doesn’t judge you and someone who supports your choices.  I met her at work several years ago.  I asked myself one day “Who would you most like to get as a friend?” Jenet was my first choice.  And I told her so.  We’ve been friends ever since. We are not constant companions.  But whenever one of us needs the other, we show up!  She has been a consistent and positive force in my life for a long time.  I feel so blessed. Look around sweet sisters – Is there anyone that makes you feel like you are the smartest most amazing person?  I bet there is someone.  Look close.  I bet she’s/he’s there.  🙂 Recently, I’ve been learning that everything we want is actually already around us.  We just have to see it.  We need to see the people that make us important.  “Make important THOSE people who make YOU important.”
