Getting Back to Clean Eating

All I do is cough and I’m sick of it.  Eating junk like French fries and processed food: it just isn’t worth it.  I’m going back to eating clean.  I’ll have the occasional treat, but I’m tired of feeling bad.  So, I’ve made a list, checked it twice.  Gonna change from eating naughty to nice.  Ok, that’s bad!  Right?! I’m still going to eat pizza – but I’m going to make it from homemade crust.  I’m going to eat foods that have the fewest ingredients: preferably one, as possible.  It’s time to eat clean, drink gallons of water and get back to the gym.  I might try this recipe.  Check it out!
