Five Minutes of Peace

It is so simple.  It sounds too simple.  Breathe.  Just breathe. Close your eyes and focus on ONE thing: a purple light swirling or something else in your imagination.  It doesn’t matter what it is.  It just has to be something that you like/love.  Focus on seeing that thing so clearly in your mind.  Make it so real in your mind that you could almost reach out and touch it.  And breathe in and breathe out.  It is best to lay down on your bed so you breathe from your belly.  The most deep breathing comes from here.  And breathe.  Just breathe. After the five minutes…you will feel better.  You will feel more focused.  I know it sounds too simple, but trust me, it works.
