Breaking Up 101: Part 2

Here’s the moving on part…

Make a list of stuff you’d like to do that will make you feel alive.  The good news in being so young is that you’ve got SO much you can do.  I’m running out of things to do locally.  I’ve done so much.  But I still managed to figure out a few things:

1. Helicopter ride over the ocean

2.Learn to fly an airplane (or helicopter – something small).

3. Get tennis lessons

4. Maybe take a golf lesson?

5. Take English Dancing lessons on YouTube

These are just a few ideas.  In fact, I started the English Country Dancing yesterday.  It was fun!  YouTube gives you so many choices that I didn’t have when I was young.

The point is, my sweet sisters, leave him behind by getting interested in YOU.  I’m getting into all things British!  And I’m having a ball – without him.

But be careful – somehow HE seems to figure out you’ve moved on.  You may start getting texts, emails, phone calls, visitations etc…

He’ll say he’s changed.  Chances are likely he has not.  He’s going for his cake again.

You are beautiful.  You are intelligent.  You can and must do better than someone who doesn’t know what he wants.

When Grandpa was a teacher, he played this song in his American History classroom.  He probably figured it had to do with current events and Hollywood.  The song came out in the eighties when he was teaching and your mom and I were going to the same high school he was teaching at.  This was one of his favorite songs. He’d want you to KNOW the words and to live by them…
