Angels Are Singing to Me

The funniest thing happened to me today.  I was in the bathroom thinking about what my next move is: if I go back to school to get a master’s degree, what should I study? Should I go into psychology and be ready to help my two sweet sisters?  Or should I learn informational technology and make myself a better teacher? I was thinking about something I read about children and helping them find their chosen career.  It said: Do not ask them what job they want to do when they grow up.  Ask them what problems they want to help solve in the world.  So, then I’m thinking – there is so much hate, anger, bitterness and resentment in the world…I wanna help people find the spirituality that lifts them up.  It doesn’t matter what you choose: Buddism, Christianity, Taoism, Jewish.  People need to lift themselves out of all that darkness.  As soon as I said it, this music box in our staff bathroom starts playing this song.  I think it was a sign.  Weird huh?!  But fun!  I chose to have Carrie Underwood sing you her version of the song.

And – I’ve decided on the theme for the Sketchy Scribe official Christmas Tree: Angels, angels, angels!  I’m so excited.  Now every time you see an angel this holiday, you’ll know my tree is FULL of angels in honor of all the angels I’ve known in my life.  You KNOW that you are both angels in my life.  I cannot see you, but I know you are out there.  And I know that I’m an angel to you.  Enjoy!
