A Witches’ Song

Good evening sweet sisters…

Tonight, we are featuring more bewitching music and plenty of happy spells to bring smiles to those beautiful faces.

I had a pretty good day.  My students are being very good so they can enjoy their party on Friday.  We’ve gotten quite a lot of work done too.  Every student turned in their homework today.  So, I gave them a bit of fun.  They went to a laser light show in the auditorium.

For you, we have a “Witches Song,” by Julianna Hatfield.  It comes from the movie, The Craft.  There are quite a few pentagrams in the video so I thought I’d better explain. According to Google, Pentagrams or pentacles are:

a five-pointed star that is formed by drawing a continuous line in five straight segments, often used as a mystic and magical symbol.

They look like this…

So, they are NOT signs of devil worship as some might lead you to believe.  A Star of David is a symbol of the Jews and it looks like this…

Both symbols are full of magic.  As you can see from above, there is a strong connection between astrology and Judaism.  Now, enjoy Ms. Hatfield’s song and don’t fret about the pentacles.  They just mean that magic…is in the air.
