No Force More Powerful

I got up this morning and decided to dust off a few of my dreams.  Unfortunely, I’ve gained back most of the weight I’ve lost.  So first things first, I decided I needed to eat breakfast and take a long walk.  I’ve been thinking about my next trip to Europe.  If I go, I need to be in MUCH better shape. I need to walk and workout again so I can be in shape!

So it’s back to the grindstone again.  I’m afraid I’ll be complaining about my muscles hurting and all the food I miss eating.  I apologize in advance for this.  ? You can work out with me, though. Just get on some comfortable clothes and shoes and take a few laps around the block.  You can’t join me in London of your feet/legs aren’t up to it.
