Grandma made her sweet potato casserole, cranberry salad and of course, the turkey. We said a prayer and then we sat down to eat. We talked and laughed through most of dinner. Grandma and I told your big brother about the time our family sang this song at my uncle’s Thanksgiving dinner when we visited him in upstate New York. He still lives there. We’ve never been invited back. I wonder why?! :/
