Happy Mother’s Day, my dear sweet sisters!  I hope you had a rockin’ good day!  I sure did. I’ve just found a few minutes to slow down and catch up with my sketchy scribin’.  We had such a good time.

I know.  I can’t believe it either!

I should take a picture of it to memorialize this day into history.

Anyway, Grandma wanted baked salmon, rosemary potatoes, roasted asparagus and angel food cake.  I took it as a challenge, like on those cooking reality shows and made it a Mexican feast.  We ate al fresco (outside on the patio) and sat for hours talking and laughing.  We had such a good time.  Your brother ended up leaving to go to work.  That was a bummer.  But otherwise it was a great day!
