May is Mental Health Awareness Month

I know this seems a bit strange to be posting in the middle of all the sweet sentimental stuff I usually post.  This post is for GOOD reason.  I believe the reason why you are going through what you are going through is due to a mental illness.  I’m not a doctor of psychology, so I cannot know for sure or diagnose which mental illness you might be dealing with.  If you understand what the problem could be, you are less likely to blame yourselves in having to deal with it.  The video asks you to understand and be patient.  That’s a lot to ask without a diagnosis, but in my experience, patience is always rewarded. And if you can get clearer on what you are dealing with, you can also find ways to cope with the situation.
