Lots of Ways to Paint a Fiat

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “there are many ways to skin a cat.” This is an example of figurative language.  The phrase above means that there are lots of ways to go about something.

Some people might wanna convince you that ONE way is the only way to do it. THAT kind of thinking isn’t very creative.

Employers of today are looking for problem solvers who can CREATIVELY find solutions to challenges that come up in the work place.

There are rules – sure, for getting the job done.  These rules cannot be bent – like the rules for driving on the road.

Rules are there to protect us.  We put on our seatbelt to keep us from being thrown from a car in an emergency.

However, if a rule doesn’t service the people it’s supposed to help, perhaps you should consider changing the rule.

Sometimes you just gotta realize “there are a lot of ways to paint a fiat.”
