Challenges Change You

I went back to the gym yesterday.  Ugh! It was leg day. My legs are so sore! But it’s a good kind of pain because I did it to myself and I worked through the desire to quit.  I wanted to quit so badly.  But I did not.  I finished the workout and I’m starting to live my life with more purpose.  You cannot change yourself if you don’t challenge yourself.

I’m trying to get myself in a better place in all aspects of my life.  In the meantime, I’m eating in a lot, going to the pool, and trying to stay cool. I hope your summers are going well and you are finding lots of fun things to do.
