In high school, I took two years of French.  And I remember seeing this mystical and mysterious abbey. I so wanted to go there some day.  Well, I’m booked in Normandy, France for two nights so I’ll finally be doing that too.  I love the hotel.  It’s a little chateau or French Country estate near the beach. I received the hotel confirmation – in French and English. (Notice I did not say English and French) I’ll go to the D-Day Beaches and museums one day and check out Mont St. Michel the next.  Perhaps I’ll be able to set foot in Brittany, France for a bit too!
