Nevertheless, She Persisted

I’m sorry I haven’t written as much lately.  It’s hard to keep this up not knowing if you are reading them. I don’t want you to do ANYTHING that might jeopardize yourselves.  I’ll get my second wind.  I always do.  I can see someone is watching the videos I posted for your birthdays.  The counter on these videos seems to be going up.  I hope that you are able to enjoy our website.

February is Black History Month.  I like to read stories about famous African Americans during this time.  One of my favorites is Harriet Tubman.  She helped thousands of people escape slavery in the south via the Underground Railroad.  She was a gal with a BIG secret. She could have been killed helping so many people.  Nevertheless, she persisted.  And her memory strengthens me to forge onward.
